What counts as "normal" debris vs. what's not included?
We handle dust, surface residue, and general post-build cleanup. We don’t remove large materials or heavy debris — framing scraps, drywall chunks, flooring offcuts, and similar. That needs to be cleared before we arrive. Call or text us if you’re not sure what falls into which category.
Do I need water and electricity on at the property?
Yes — both need to be working at the property for us to complete the service. Let us know before booking if there’s any question about utility access.
Can other contractors be on site while you clean?
No — for our team’s safety, we ask that no other trades or service providers be in the home while we’re cleaning. Please schedule us after other work is fully wrapped for the day.
How soon after construction finishes can you come?
As soon as the space is cleared of large materials and debris and utilities are on. Contact us to check availability.
Is this available as a one-time booking?
Yes — post-construction cleaning is typically a one-time service, though many customers set up recurring Standard Cleaning afterward to maintain the space.
